  • General notes (relating to making contact)

  • Website addresses

We also store data/emails relating to normal course of business on which we have worked on or discussed with you.

We do not store any data that we do not require in order to remain operational.

We collect this information to be able to maintain our service standards and to allow us to complete contractual or operational processes as part of our working relations.

How we utilise information

We limit any personal data use to the purpose of which we have been given permission by you, the customer, and as necessary to deliver products to you. We might be required or permitted to utilise for legal compliance or other lawful purposes.

In line with the above, we deliver and improve upon our service to you, by using various data to understand and analyse customer requirements and how we can perform better as a supplier.

We will never keep personal data for unreasonable periods of time. This will be monitored by our Data Protection Officer.

Third Parties
